What lenses do I choose?

For prescription road cycling sunglasses, we recommend either Optilabs standard polarised lenses or polarised mirror finish lenses. Both polarised cycling lenses offer enhanced definition which is vital for maximum visual perfomance and safety. Our mirror lenses come in silver, gold or blue to co-ordinate with your frames. Single vision or non prescription only. No bifocal or varifocal options. Optilabs standard polarised lenses come in a variety of colours but brown or grey is the best 'all-round' tint, the others are much more specialist. Polarised lenses have single vision, bifocal, varifocal and non prescription options available.

For off-road cycling sunglasses, we recommend either Optilabs photochromic or polarised lenses. Optilabs photochromic lenses lighten or darken depending on light conditions, so perfect for racing between shady woodland and bright sunshine. Optilabs photochromic lenses use Transitions optical technology as advertised on TV. Photochromic lenses have single vision, bifocal, varifocal and non prescription options available.
